Founder		Founded by William Taam in 2016 who has 30 years of real estate investment management experience in the Asia region. William, a chartered surveyor and a Hong Kong native, focuses on commercial sector across the major cities Asia in his career. Prior to this company, he was a Managing Director at AIG Global Real Estate Investment and an Executive Director at Arcadis. His unique combined set of buy-side and sell-side experience helps his clients in evaluating investments from different perspectives. William is also active in professional organization (ex-commercial property board member at Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK) and public service (advisory committee member in Hong Kong Trade Development Council).
Jean Wu		Jean is an award winning architect with twenty five years of international practice in iconic architectural design, large scale city planning, and green life technologies. Tenure design experience with I.M. Pei in New York and John Portman in Atlanta has effectively won and developed successful projects in key markets such as London, Dubai, Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Taipei, Incheon, and major cities in the USA and China.
Kenneth Poon		Kenneth has more than 40 years of construction cost management experience in China and Hong Kong. A trusted and seasoned advisor to many major developers. Ex-CEO of Arcadis Asia and Ex-Managing Director of Langdon and Seah. Tremendous knowledge of property development and project management. Kenneth is also a director at LESK Solutions Co. Ltd.
