William, a chartered surveyor and a Hong Kong native, focuses on commercial sector across the major cities Asia in his career. Prior to this company, he was a Managing Director at AIG Global Real Estate Investment and an Executive Director at Arcadis. His unique combined set of buy-side and sell-side experience helps his clients in evaluating investments from different perspectives. William is also active in professional organization (ex-commercial property board member at Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK) and public service (advisory committee member in Hong Kong Trade Development Council).
